When you submit the contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, your company or organization, your work email address, your phone number if you choose to provide it, the project type you select and the content of your message. The form also records the language of the page and the page from which it was sent so that we can reply in context.

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you decide to work with us, to prepare the discussion that follows. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to any marketing communication.

Our hosting provider and the anti-abuse service protecting the contact form process technical data such as IP addresses, request timestamps and browser characteristics for the purposes of security, abuse prevention and service operation. These logs are kept for limited periods defined by those providers and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

We use Plausible Analytics to measure how the site is used. Plausible is configured in its privacy-preserving mode: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track visitors across websites. We see aggregated information such as page views, referral sources and which calls to action are used. No form content is ever sent to analytics.

• Cal.com, Inc. — online appointment booking; the calendar only loads if you choose to display it.

Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under contractual data-protection commitments.

Some of the providers listed above operate infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Enquiries submitted through the contact form or the booking calendar are kept for as long as necessary to respond and to manage any business relationship that results from them, and for no longer than three years after our last exchange where no contract is concluded. Where a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter only as required by applicable legal, accounting or contractual obligations. Security logs are kept for the limited periods applied by our providers. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.
